By P. K. Hallinan

What am I thankful for, I think the thing I am most thankful for would be have to be...a real God. Who took me out of the muck and mire caused by my own hand and gave me a new life, and not just a new life but the best life with the best friends and best relationships.

WOW, just got out of business law and all of I can think of is that i now understand the phrase,"trying to take a drink from a fire hydrant." Our professor is seems smart and also um...lively, or to put it more bluntly, like a guy who carries a iv bag of espresso. As usual he handed out the syllabus and I was reading it, I thought, hmmm...I can live on 4-5 hours of sleep a night until mid December, however this will require many trips to Starbucks. But God does say he will not give us more than we can handle, so I will meditate on that scripture for a while. Well, I just felt like writing for a minute.

So I finished the project and am on fall break currently. I had hoped to travel to Washington, D.C. on my break, however this did not happen, but it has been a nice break. I picked up a new a new cd tonight and I'm liking it so far, although it is hard to dislike a musical talent when you liked them already. So this weekend, is a big weekend coming up, I begin my weekend class and the schedule looks kind of intense but it will be worth it to get a 3 hour course finished in 4 weeks. Well, I hope everyone is having a great week and has an even better weekend. Holla!

Mike the Tiger: The Roar of LSU
By C. C. Lockwood

That's right folks, it's gameday here at LSU north(Vanderbilt's Campus, because we have taken over!) I can hardly wait until game time. The first thought this morning was, I'm going to see the Tigers play and I couldn't go back to sleep. LSU football is definitely one of my favorite things in life. I have had so many great memories of LSU in the past, and also there were some heartbreaks, but all in all the Tigers have been, are and always will be my team. GEAUX TIGERS!!!
